Eunjin Choi is a South Korean performance artist based in Chicago.

She draws from her background in dance, choreography, and theatre to investigate subjects such as disappearance and grief, incapacitated and unproductive bodies, performance and objecthood, and language and performativity. 

 

Her work has presented at venues such as Nam June Paik Art Center, Judson Church, PACT Zollverein, Arko Arts Theatre, and featured in festivals such as Festival Bo:m and Inverse Performance Arts Festival. She has received support from Arts Council Korea, LIG Arts Foundation, and Seoul Art and Culture Center, among others.

 

She received her MFA in choreography from the Korea National University of Arts and in Studio Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
